HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

At Kumah, our items take up to 5 business days of processing before shipping. Please be aware that orders placed after 5:00 P.M. PST will be processed the day after (won't be count until the next business day). 

You can check our estimated transit times for each shipping option during the checkout. Also, please know that this does not include the processing timeline indicated above. Transit times are based upon those provided by our carriers (Globegistics, DHL, and USPS), but we cannot guarantee transit times.

We strive to get orders to our customers as quickly as possible. If your order is now past its 5th business day and is still processing, or if you have questions about your shipment status, please get in touch with customer care.

Please keep in mind that international delivery may take 2-6 weeks or more due to the COVID-19 crisis.
