What happens if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact customer care within 14 days from date of delivery if you receive an incorrect or damaged item. Include some photos of the item and we will be glad to assist you with this issue.
Items will only be eligible for a replacement if they fall into one of the following categories: defective shirt, poor-quality print, incorrect item, damaged in transit.
If we are not contacted within this 14-day time frame, a refund or replacement may not be issued.
Please be sure to consult the size chart (available on all product pages for convenience) before purchasing to ensure that your item will fit correctly. If you need to make a change once your order has been submitted, please contact customer service immediately as we do not guarantee the ability to make changes or cancellations to existing orders.
